He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Callahan and Margaret Callahan (Carmody). He is survived by: his sister Sheila Cook; his nephews, Matthew Cook and Terry Cook (Emily); his niece Bridget Cook; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany Caldarola, Caitlin Cook, Julia, Hannah, Claire, Molly Cook, Ryan Walsh and Michael Caldarola. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
