She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Morales and Julio Aponte; and her siblings, Pedro Luis, Juana Gaud and Juan Aponte.
She is survived by: her husband Eliu Hernandez; her children, Luis Toledo, Digna E. Toledo, Lucinda Toledo and Luz Maria Toledo; and her grandchildren, Adonis J. Aponte, Jose Diaz, Marisol Diaz, Ricardo Toledo, Daniel Estrada and Victor Luis Diaz. She is also survived by her children's half-siblings and their children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (270 W Main St, Waterbury, CT 06702). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the same location.
