She is survived by: her children, Edite Calabrese (Frank) of Middlebury, Heitor Afonso (Robin) of Waterbury, Alfredo Afonso of Waterbury and Maria Fatima Sierra (Noel) of Waterbury; and her siblings, Conceicao "Connie" Lami of St. Cloud, FL, Antonio Ferreira of St. Cloud, FL, Alfredo Ferreira (Vanessa) of St. Cloud, FL, Natividade "Nattie" Poginy (James) of Vermont and Joseph Ferreira (Anna) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
