She was predeceased by: her husband Joao S. Tavares; and her parents, Adriano Ramos and Maria Gertudes. She is survived by: her sons, Alberto Tavares of Waterbury and Adriano Tavares of Waterbury; and her siblings, Enrique Ramos and Pricilia Fernandes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial (240 N Main St, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (2071 Baldwin St, Waterbury, CT 06706).
