She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Neill and Rosemarie O'Neill (Ziegler); and her brother Tim O'Neill. She is survived by: her significant other Ray Chicoski of Waterbury; her children, Lauren Chicoski (Alisha Martindale) of Wallingford, Stephanie Ward, Ray Chicoski, Sr. (Joann) and Angela Chicoski of Norwich; her grandchildren, Oscar, Graham, Pierce, Harley, Baron, Finn, Avs, Connar, Ray Jr. and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Lila, Aedan, Orla Fae and Freya; her siblings, Jim O'Neill, Eileen Westergard (Chris) and Ted O'Neill (Mary); and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Jillian, Kristen, Erin, Bryan and Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Ehlers-Danlos Society, or the Kathleen Ann Chicoski O'Neill Scholarship for students pursuing a career in healthcare.
