With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julio Santiago of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in New York, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his mother Elena Rodriguez Lugo; and his daughter Natalie Santiago. He is survived by: his father Alfredo Santiago Sr.; his brother Alfredo Santiago Jr. of Waterbury, CT.; and his children, Anthony Santiago of California, Tammy Santiago of New Hampshire, Ivelisse C. Silva (Bruce) of Florida, Julia Rosado (Matthew) of Bristol, CT, Jade Castagna of Cheshire, CT, Trevor Castagna of Florida, Viana Barnes of Plymouth, CT and Mario Santiago of New York. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
