He was predeceased by: his father Elmo Torres Lugo; and his sisters, Rosa Elena Torres Lugo and Carmen Torres Lugo. He is survived by: his wife Susan Torres (Rogers); his mother Virgenmina Lugo Ramirez of Puerto Rico; his children, Paul Torres (Ruby) of Torrington and Ileana Torres Bashaw (Jason) of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Wilson, Jayna, Antoni, Brayden and Avery; and his siblings, Emilia Torres Lugo, Elsa Iris Torres Lugo, Ruthmila Torres Lugo and Radames Torres Lugo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
