He is survived by: his mother Ann Cicchiello (Napolitano) of Waterbury; his wife Silia (Palladino); his children, Joseph V. Cicchiello, Jr. and Danielle L. Cicchiello; and his siblings, John P. Cicchiello of Waterbury and Annette "Chick" Clark (Jack) of Thomaston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
