He is survived by: his parents, Giuseppe "Joe" Mazzettini and Lori Bishop of Naugatuck; his wife Diane (Damboise) of Waterbury; his son Alix Kelly (Maddie Johndrow); his granddaughter Eloise Kelly; his daughter Olivia; and his sisters, Annamarie Rivera (Edward) of Waterbury and Stefania Mazzettini of Waterbury. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
