He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. D'Amico and L. Marie D'Amico (Iorio); his wife Dolores Amenta of Waterbury; and his brother Leonard F. D'Amico. He is survived by: his niece Debra Hogestyn (Bart) of Oxford; his nephews, David D'Amico (Noralie) and Jeffrey D'Amico (Michele) of Beacon Falls; his great-nephews, Tyler, Gage Hogestyn and John M. D'Amico; his great-niece Brandi Hogestyn; and also, Levi Hogestyn and Seraphina Hogestyn.
