It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey John Smith of Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George Smith; and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Yai Dibba; his mother Dorothy Smith (Gluse) of Naugatuck; and his brothers, Robert Smith (June) of Union City, David Smith, Paul Smith of Waterbury, Richard Smith (Theresa) of Oxford and Steven Smith of Naugatuck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
