She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Leo and Elizabeth Karpel (Bartolomeo); and her siblings-in-law, John Reilly and Barbara Reilly. She is survived by: her husband Brian Reilly; and her siblings, Philip Karpel of Sarasota, FL and Karen Sylvia of Branford, CT.

Viewing was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Leo the Great Church (14 Bentwood Dr, Waterbury, CT 06705).

In lieu of flowers and to honor Jackie's memory, donations to the Harold Leever Cancer Center, 1075 Chase Parkway Waterbury, CT 06705 would be very much appreciated by her family.
