He is survived by: his wife Irma Shkembi (Zacellari); his parents, Sefulla Shkembi and Irjeta Shkembi (Bylykbashi); his children, Diar and Amela Shkembi; his brother Elion Shkembi (Gjstine); his nieces and nephews, Roel and Aisela Shkembi of Southington; and his sisters, Gentiana Talka (Armond) of Waterbury and Manuela Zakolli (Ilir) of New York. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
