It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis K. Powell of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce R. Powell (Livermore); his parents, Ronald Powell and Ruth Powell (Lefever); his stepdaughters, Sue Miele of Waterbury, Ronda Hendrickson of Terryville, Lily Riley of Naugatuck and Venus Hendrickson of Waterbury; and his siblings, David Powell (Maureen) of Winsted and Cheryl Fitzsimmons. He was also cherished by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, cousins and many friends.
