He was predeceased by: his father Dorris Eugene Outler; and his grandparents, Willie Adams Sr., Mary Ligon Adams and Bessie Outler. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Outler (Adams); and his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Layna, Adanna and Ira Outler.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Waterbury (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (599 Platt Rd, Watertown, CT 06795).
