He was predeceased by: his parents, Matteo Fazzino and Sophia Fazzino; his son Matthew; and his siblings, Vito, James and Carmella Cossu.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Valerie), David (Lynn), John and Cathleen (Robert); and his nieces, Maryjo Nalband (Matt) and Lori Sue Cordeau (Paul). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
