It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antonio Rivera of Waterbury, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 1, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Antonio may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Antonio touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rivera and Lydia Esther Barreto. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Esther Rivera, Lynette Lydia Rivera of North Carolina and Olivia Nevaeh Jackson of Bridgeport; his siblings, Margarita Rivera (Eduardo Colón), Lydia Rivera, Milagros Rivera of New Haven, Juanita Rivera (Augustin Cirino) of Hamden and Johnny Rivera of New Haven; and his grandchildren, Bellona Lila Rivera and Sophia Nayda Rivera of North Carolina.
