He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Siperas (Michna); his children, Steven Siperas (Beverly) and Caroline Siperas; his son-in-law Steve Ballok; his grandchildren, Laura and Matthew (Shelley); his great grandchildren, Alexa, Olivia and Nora; and his caregivers, Mary Hollaway and Sobuette Bethea.
