He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (White); and his sisters, Maureen Johnson and Barbara Formiglio. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherry Ambrek; his sisters, Bonnie McIntyre (Douglas) and Sandra Lafayette; and his aunt Gloria Setka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
