She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John C. Maxwell and Genevieve Mangam Maxwell; her husband Paul Lincoln Cornell, Jr. (Linc); her friends, Rumsey, Gunnery, Clamps and Hopkins; her children, Linc III (Lois), Steven (Sally), Michael (Athina) and Melinda (Kevin); her nephew John C. Maxwell III; her niece Susan Sky; and her brother John C. Maxwell Jr..

“Lynette and I shared a love of St. Croix, the opera, and dogs in addition to many other things. I knew that when we were together it would be a good time! I will miss her zest for life, love of laughter, sense of fun, kindness, and generosity. She will be missed by many, most especially by her friends in the Washington Garden. Club where she had the distinction of being a member the longest! I can only imagine how much you will miss her. I am so sorry for your loss, Susie Magee”
