He is survived by: his wife Margot Budd Finnegan; his daughters, Nancy Finnegan (James Melcher), Dale Finnegan (Geoff Graham), Lynne Finnegan-Bailey (Allen Bailey) and Jean Finnegan; his grandchildren, David Bailey (Kate), Nicholas Bailey (Madison), Kealan Graham, Sydney Graham, Samantha Graham and Luke Thorne; his great grandchildren, Claire, Iris Bailey and Elizabeth Bailey; and his sister Jerilynn Gallagher (Tom).
