He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Whitney Brown and Lillian Birchett Brown; and his siblings, Frank A. Brown and Carol A. Brown McLaughlin. He is survived by: his sisters, Lillian O. Cowan, Sally J. Brown and Diane X. Brown. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The military honors will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the State Veterans' Cemetery (317 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT 06457).
