She was predeceased by: her father Earl J. Kurtz Sr.; her husband Joseph Theodore Wojtasik; and her brother Earl J. Kurtz Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Kurtz (Barto); her sons, Joseph Wojtasik Jr. (Lisa Wojtasik) and Lance Wojtasik (Ronnieann Turbert); her stepdaughter Christine Mitchell (Brian Mitchell); her brothers, Charles and Hugh Kurtz; and her grandchildren, Joseph Wojtasik III, Brianna Wojtasik, Brendan Mitchell, Kyle Mitchell, Tate Mitchell, Aiden Wojtasik, Khaleesi Wojtasik, Lance Wojtasik Jr. and Logan Wojtasik. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
