He was predeceased by: his son Matthew J. Kazmerzyk; and his parents, Adele Kazmerzyk Horten (Yorchitis) and Chester Kazmerzyk. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kazmerzyk (Donnelly); his daughter Michele; his son-in-law Michael Gerace; his granddaughters, Jordan Molyneux (David Wall), Karsyn Molyneux, Gabryella Gerace and Arya Gerace; and his sister Caroline Carlin (Peter). He is also survived by his loving niece and nephews.
