He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paulette Buongirno; his stepchildren, Thomas, Melissa McKenna, Elizabeth McKenna, Caitlyn McKenna and Casey Marquis; his grandchildren, Annabella, Thomas J., Joseph, Edward, Angelena, William and Cameron; his father Robert Buongirno (Frank Buongirno); and also Kim.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Wallingford. The military honors was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Orrington Historical Society located in Orrington ME, or the Bangor Troop Greeters located in the Bangor International Airport.
