He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony D'Antonio and Helen D'Antonio (Kazluskas). He is survived by: his wife Connie D'Antonio (Chrzanowski) of Wallingford; his son Adam D'Antonio; his brother Jeffrey D'Antonio (Jemaima); his sister-in-law Donna Gladney (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Cassandra, Alex (Teresa), Evan (Olivia) and Summer (Essac); and his great-nieces, Ava and Brynn.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (235 Pond Hill Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions be made to We R House of Hope, 214 Carriage Drive East, Meriden, CT 06450.
