She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Chuba. She is survived by: her mother Carol Chuba (Swenberg) of Meriden; her husband Mark Parisi; her children, C. J. Crilly of Wallingford, Ryan Crilly of Wallingford and Alexandra Crilly (Andrew Lage) of Wallingford; her stepchildren, Mark Parisi Jr. (Mauricio) of Middletown and Valeri Kinsman (Mike) of Pleasant View, TN; her brothers, Barry Chuba (Laura) of Wallingford and David Chuba (Annette) of Meriden; and her grandchildren, Callie and Camden Kinsman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
