He was predeceased by: his parent John Pastet; and his son John J. Pastet Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Stiber Pastet; his children, Deborah Lawrence of Branford and Derek Pastet of North Haven; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Craig, Mark Lawrence and Paul Pastet.
