He is survived by: his wife Dolores Smith (Kozak); his children, Lynn Hatch, James Smith Jr. of Arizona, Andrew, Robert and John Nosal (Lisa); his brother Joseph Smith; his grandchildren, Jaime, Stevie (Kathy), Matthew, Randy, Henry III, Boden and Ellis; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Xander and Xadrian; and his brother-in-law John Kozak. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
