She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Schaeffer Sr.; her parents, Merritt Batdorf and Mabel Batdorf (Strauch); and her siblings, Merritt Batdorf Jr., Elaine Mengel, Ida Mae Bugajinsky, Paul Batdorf and Jo Ann Kolbe.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Worrall of Wallingford, Kristen Hohmann (Edmund Sr.) of Wallingford and Robert Schaeffer Jr. of Dublin, CA; her grandchildren, Paul Worrall (Allison Chiodo), Michael, E. J., Emma and Keira Hohmann; and her sister Beth Batdorf. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
