He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Smith and Dorothy DePino Smith; his sister Doreen Dzindzalet Sada; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Rodican Andersen and Joseph Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Dzindzalet; his daughters, Leslie Dzindzalet Weaver (Philip) and Cassandra Joy Dzindzalet; his grandson Kolby Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Rodican Bissonnette (Alan), Margaret Rodican Hartman and Robert Andersen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
