She is survived by: her children, Kristopher Horniak Sr. of Cheshire, Stephanie Barefoot (John) of Cheshire and Jodi Horniak (Kevin Ramadei) of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Kristopher Jr., Nicholas, Kylie, Noah, Brandon and Madison; and her siblings, Linda Petruzielo and George Miles. She is also survived by niece and 4 nephews.
