Beverly Frances McGovern Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Frances McGovern (Wallingford, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lundy and Evelyn Lundy (Hill); her husband James McGovern; her son Brian McGovern; her sister Shirley Schrader; her nephew Kenneth Potter; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Schrader, Tom, John McGovern, Kenneth Ryan and Margaret Ryan.
She is survived by: her sons, William McGovern (Susan), Jeffrey McGovern and Gregory McGovern (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, James, Kayleigh and Brian; and her sister-in-law Beverly R. McGovern. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory can be made to The Dorothy Adler Geriatric Assessment Center or The Connecticut Hospice.
