Osga of Voluntown, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Matthew and Mary Irene Osga (Gravelin); his children, Richard Jr., Dawn and Matthew; and his grandson Jason.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Osga (Jolin); his children, Michael Osga and Lori Duprey; and his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Christopher, Joshua, Abigail and Jacob.
