He is survived by: his former wife Megan Cole; his sisters, Rebekah McAllister (Isaiah), Elizabeth Almeida (Ryan) and Jennifer R. (Benjamin); his nieces and nephews, Skylar, Alexander, Taylor, Michael and Baby Almeida; his half-sisters, Christy Johnson and Sarah Carlson; his uncles, Bill Johnson, Roy Johnson and John Boone; and his aunt Esther Cirillo (Jay). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
