He is survived by: his parents, Brian Piolunek and Crystal Piolunek (Charette) of Voluntown; his grandparents, Robin Piolunek of Plainfield, Jennie and Larry Charette of Voluntown; his aunt Mandi; his uncle Matt Winkis; and his cousin Rowan of Danielson.
