We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021, at the age of 32, Kelly Keith Rathbun Jr. of Voluntown, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kelly K. Rathbun, Sr. of Voluntown and Lisa A. Latham (Trolan) of Uncasville; his siblings, Samantha and Hunter Latham; his daughter Katelyn St; his pet Dutchez; and his uncle Brian. He is also survived by many other uncles, aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kelly's name to any children's charity of the donor's choice as that is what he would want.
