Charles B. Palmer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2023, at the age of 90, Charles B. Palmer (Voluntown, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Palmer and Martha Palmer (Morgan); and his brothers, Earle, Jr., Lloyd and James Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Palmer (Bontempo); his daughter Betsy Barrett (Stephen); his grandson Daniel; his great grandchild Mason (Arieonna); his son Peter Palmer (Carrie); and his granddaughters, Caydence, Lydia, Sophia, Logan and Kenzi.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Voluntown Baptist Church or the New London County 4-H Club, 562 New London Tpke, Norwich, CT 06360.
