We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 77, Peter John LaPlaca (Vernon Rockville, Connecticut), born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Celauro LaPlaca and Damiano John LaPlaca. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Cutler LaPlaca; his children, Michelle LaPlaca (Andrés García) of Atlanta, GA and Matthew LaPlaca (Kathleen) of Vernon; his grandchildren, Rafael García, Andrés García, Dylan LaPlaca and Hailey LaPlaca; and his siblings, Camille LaPlaca-Post, John T. LaPlaca (Patty), Michael J. LaPlaca and Richard J. LaPlaca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Parish at St. Bernard's Church or The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
