He is survived by: his wife Ellen Schopfer Burke; his son Matthew Burke (Melissa Watson); his grandson Angus Burke of Lisbon Falls, Maine; his sons, Jonathan Burke of Bethel, Maine, Andrew Burke (Ingrid Kessler) of Eugene and Benjamin Burke (Lauren Burke); his grandchild Sullivan Burke of Portland, Oregon.; his sister Susan Evans Burke of California; his cousin Mary Jane Dempsey of Phoenix, AZ.; and also, Homecare Solutions and Vernon Visiting.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bo's memory to Doctors Without Borders.
