He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bokis and Nellie Bokis (Murphy); his brother William Bokis; and his sister-in-law Pauline. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his daughters, Donna Waleryszak (David) and Darlene Zagura (Robert); and his grandson Matthew Zagura (Ashleigh Clapp).
