He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Bruce; his children, Nicole Hallwood, Amy Hallwood and Brent Mikkelsen (Carol Mikkelsen); his grandchild Sage Indigo Bliss Hallwood; his daughter Cindy; and also, Mike Gorton and Kate Gorton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Our Companions Animal Sanctuary Inc of Ashford, CT, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
