She is survived by: her child Jennifer Quint (Steven Quint); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Sydney, Madison and Monica Cromwell; her children, Michael Cromwell, Jackie Cromwell, Marie Culjak, Stephanie Bushong, Stephen Culjak Jr. and Andrew Culjak (Julie Culjak); her sisters, Therese Bloniarz and Martha Bourke; and her great grandchildren, Bryanna Cromwell and Charlotte Bushong. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
