He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse and Mary; and his siblings, Pat Weber and Elmer. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Charles and Jeffrey Ploszay; his grandson Alex; and his brother Roger of Enfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including his five Charette nephews.
