It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Roy of Uncasville, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Deshefy and Mary Deshefy; her husband James H. Roy; her son Mark Roy; and her siblings, Eugene Deshefy and Irene Brennan.
She is survived by: her son Robert Bruce Roy (Catherine) of East Hampton; her granddaughters, Samantha, Amanda, Carly and Kelsie; and her siblings, Elmer, James Deshefy and Beverly DeFalco.
