We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2022, at the age of 90, Stanley James Leavitt of Uncasville, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia Leavitt; his parents, Sophie Mentz Leavitt and Morris Aaron Leavitt; his brother Aaron M. Leavitt; his children, Michelle Corb (Douglas Corb), Ivy Patten (Robert Patten) and David Leavitt (Natalija Yakovleva); his grandchildren, Will Shafer, Abbie Nickerson, Jonathan Shafer, Alexander Patten, Mary Shafer, Tyler Patten, Faith Bean, Joshua Shafer, Cade Leavitt and Mason Leavitt; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Hill, Cameron Hill, Kellan Hill, Lillian Hill, Juliet Shafer, Savannah Shafer, Rafaela Shafer and Valentina Shafer.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimers Association in his memory would be appreciated.
