He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Weissgarber and Anna Weissgarber; his brother Michael Weissgarber Jr.; and his grandson Anthony. He is survived by: his brothers, John Weissgarber and Thomas Weissgarber (Cindy); his children, Mary Jo McCarthy, Peter Jr, Richard and Michael; and also Weissgarber Jr (Lisa). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews.
