We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2020, at the age of 78, Michael J. Ponatishen Jr. of Uncasville, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Ponatishen Sr. and Margaret Ponatishen (Izbicki); his sister Mary Jane Bundy; and his nephew Michael T. Sulla. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Sulla (Ted); his niece Sharon Garfi (Sal); his great-niece Samantha; his great-nephew Shane; his niece Deborah Raicik (Wayne); his great-nephews, Zachary and Luke; and his great-niece Sarah. He is also survived by his sisters and loved his nieces as if they were his own children.
Due to Covid-19 the services will be private.
