She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lilly and Dorothy Leidinger Lilly; her brother John "Jackie" Lilly; and her stepgrandson Gerald Watkins III. She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Weir of Uncasville; her children, Paul Weir Jr. (Jo-Anne) of Voluntown, Jeffrey Weir (Kimberly) of Hurlock, MD and Robin Meyer (Joe) of North Franklin; her grandchildren, Rebecca Hayes (Dalton), Katy Watkins, Matthew Watkins, Megan Weir, Samantha Weir and Sydney Weir; her stepgrandchildren, Dale Watkins (Tra), Timothy Klucky, Christopher Meyer (Liz), Daniel Meyer (Sarah) and Brittany Meyer; her great grandchild Jackson Hayes; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chase Meyer, Cameron Meyer and Riley Morgan; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Lilly, Maryann Donovan and Dorothy Murray (Joseph).

Kathleen was a 25 year Breast Cancer survivor; in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation 187 Williams St, New London, CT 06320.
