It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen M. Armstrong (Uncasville, Connecticut), born in Nashua, New Hampshire, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David A. Figarsky; her parents, Richard Miller and Mary Miller (Caron); her children, Kenneth Armstrong, III (Melanie Bunnell) of Waterford and Kim; her son-in-law Aaron Bucko of East Lyme; her son Adam; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Figarsky of Hartford, WI; her siblings, Michael Miller and Susan Miller; her brother-in-law Jay Gassman; her sister Christine Meehan; and her grandchildren, Avery, Jack, Evan Bucko and Stella Figarsky.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Karen's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Connecticut, 19 Ohio Ave, Norwich, CT 06360, Center for Hospice Care (Hartford HealthCare at Home), 227 Dunham Street, Norwich, CT 06360, or the charity of one's choice.
